Ketsol/Vision & Mission

Manufacturing should know what it knows.

The data needed to run a smarter plant already exists — it's sitting in PLCs, DCSs and SCADA servers. Our job is to liberate it, contextualise it, and turn it into action.

Vision

Every machine on every shopfloor — instrumented, observable and acting on its own data, in real time.

Mission

Build the engineering and the software that closes the loop from sensor to setpoint to decision — and put it in the hands of the people who run the plant.

Operating principles

Five rules we hold ourselves to.

01

The plant is the spec.

Every product decision in KMS is grounded in a real site, a real PLC, a real operator. We ship from the floor up.

02

Data should never be stranded.

If a tag exists, it should be reachable, queryable and actionable — by a human or a model. Closed historians are a bug.

03

Insight without action is noise.

A dashboard that doesn't change a setpoint, raise a ticket, or pause a line on its own is half a product.

04

Vendor-neutral on principle.

We integrate with whatever the customer already owns — Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, ABB, Yokogawa, anything that speaks OPC UA, Modbus, S7, EtherNet/IP or MQTT.

05

Engineering is a service, not a department.

Every Ketsol engagement ships with on-site engineers. Software alone has never run a plant.
