Factory & process automation, end to end.
From the I/O list to the commissioning report — Ketsol designs, builds and commissions DCS, PLC and SCADA systems for regulated and discrete plants. Every engagement is led by engineers who have been on a live shopfloor.
Seven capability areas. One engineering team.
The bridge from the shopfloor to the rest of the business.
Most plants have rich data on the OT side — controllers, historians, BMS — and rich systems on the IT side — ERP, MES, quality, maintenance, BI. The gap between them is where production decisions get stuck. We close that gap and land everything in KMS, so a tag on a Modbus register and a work order in SAP live in the same model.
From URS to handover, in seven steps.
Discovery & URS
On-site walkdown, P&ID review, capture user requirements with the operations team that will actually run the system.
FRS & system architecture
Functional requirement spec, control philosophy, network & cyber architecture. Reviewed against ISA-95 layering.
Detailed engineering
I/O list, panel GA, EPLAN schematics, BoM. Long-lead procurement begins through our distribution channel.
Software development & FAT
PLC, HMI, SCADA development against the FRS. Factory Acceptance Test with the customer before anything leaves the workshop.
Site installation
Panel placement, field cabling supervision, loop checks. KMS edge gateway installed and bound to fieldbus on the same trip.
Commissioning & SAT
Cold & hot commissioning, recipe trials, performance qualification. Full SAT pack signed off.
Handover & AMC
Operator training, as-built drawings, KMS configured. Ongoing AMC with defined response SLAs.
